  Happy with the guys that did our house move. Although we did have a few frustrations with the day (not getting the 2 trucks requested, having to make 2 trips; not able to fully vacate the sold house until well after the requested noon deadline, causing a lot of stress to us and the new owners), it was beyond their control, which although disappointing, was unavoidable.

  5 hrs later they arrived - only 2 men. Attempted to contact Noel multiple times by calling and messages - no response from him.

  As an x staff and long term removalist, I advise against moving with this company. I wouldn't use "guardian removals" to move a piss covered mattress from the tip, let alone my own belongings. The owner, Noel couldn't organise a poo in a toilet.

  Fast, efficient and friendly service in every aspect of my move, from the initial quote through to a follow up call once the job was completed. I only needed three large and heavy items moved to my new premises, the guys handled these without a problem. I wish I had hired them for my entire move instead of the stress of enlisting friends!! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Guardian removals for all of your moving requirements.

  Our job was booked for noon. By 130pm no one had shown up and no phone call. Finally got hold of Noel who couldn’t advise what was going and had to her back to me, when he did he advised that they were running 4 hrs late. He apologised and said he would get a 3rd man there to help move quicker.

  These guys are absolute frauds! Beware! Quote an hourly rate then do the job and tell you its per person and charge you for 6 or 7 hours of work when at most it was 4 or 5! Both times there eftpos machine was "broken" and to top it off they destroyed furniture and take no responsibility . Absolute frauds!

  My son ended up helping the 2 men who did not want to be there. Furniture was scratched and wall chipped. Never heard from Noel either
